Fear to Freedom

Don’t let your fears hold you back! Our aquaphobic swimmer sessions are designed to help you feel safe, supported, and confident in the water.

Overcome your fears and brave the water

Led by the founder Ian, our sessions are designed to support beginners and help those with a fear of the water. Ian brings skills and years of experience of teaching, he takes things gently, safely and at your own pace.

Working closely together, we will assess you level of phobia, talk it through, and then slowly get you in the water and moving around.

There’s no pressure to swim – just to experience, adapt, and build confidence. We’ll address the negative feelings you have, desensitise you, and get you feeling happy in the water.

Ian will be with you every step of the way, creating a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and in control.
